Is your concern related to an allegation of physical or sexual abuse of your child, a student or former student?

Are you a member of the College who wishes to submit an expression of concern about the conduct of another College member?

Do you have concerns about the content of your most recent Teacher Performance Appraisal?

Is this expression of concern related to concerns that a colleague has made allegations to a supervisor without informing you?

Do you believe that you have been unfairly targeted, have been the subject of bullying or have been otherwise mistreated by another member of the College?

Is your concern related to an incident or incidents that have involved a member being investigated by police or a child protection agency?

Is the member employed by a publicly funded English, French or Catholic school board in Ontario?

Are your allegations related to the treatment of your child or a student?

Have you spoken with the school’s principal regarding your concerns?

If you belong to one of Ontario’s four teacher unions (ETFO, OSSTF, OECTA or AEFO), you may wish to consult your union representative about your concerns before submitting them to the College.

Please note that there are certain circumstances under which an employer, such as a school board, must notify the College of a member’s actions. We suggest calling the College at 1-888-534-2222, ext. 582 for information before submitting an expression of concern.
