Hearing Schedule

All proceedings before the Discipline and Fitness to Practise Committees are held electronically. In exceptional circumstances, proceedings may be conducted in person or in writing, or by a combination of the in person, electronic and/or written formats. For more details, see the Rules of Procedure of the Discipline Committee and of the Fitness to Practise Committee.

Transparency is fundamental to our work. As such, all members of the College, as well as members of the public, are welcome to attend disciplinary hearings. The matters posted here have been reviewed by the Investigation Committee and referred to the Discipline Committee for a public hearing. The Notice of Hearing advises the member and the public of the allegations that will be considered by the panel at the hearing. Hearings are typically held between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Contact us for more information.

Electronic hearings are generally conducted via videoconference.

Want to attend an electronic hearing?
Please complete and submit an Attendance Request Form at least two business days before the scheduled hearing. After your request is approved, we will provide you with login instructions.

In-person hearings are conducted at our offices:

Note: Seating is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Hearings marked as “(in person)” on the calendar below (select “View by Date”) may be attended in person.
