The Tribunals Book of Authorities contains legislation, case law and the College’s Professional Advisories that are frequently referred to in Discipline or Fitness to Practise Committee hearings.
For virtual hearings, copies are posted online for all participants to use, including panels of the Discipline and Fitness to Practise Committees. For in-person hearings, printed copies will be made available in the hearing room. Parties are asked not to print duplicate copies of these materials.
If a party wishes to present a specific extract from any of the items listed below, they may include it in their own hearing materials. If attending an in-person hearing, they must provide eight copies of the specific extract for distribution.
