We are committed to a fair and transparent complaints and discipline process. We support this commitment by researching and adopting best practices in professional regulation and through external reviews such as those related to the College’s Investigations and Professional Conduct procedures and practices and College governance.

This included the introduction of our online concern or complaint form, which offers the public a way online to submit information regarding concerns about members' conduct.
