Our online application will be temporarily unavailable from Nov. 8 to Nov. 10
October 21 2025
The College will launch a new online application platform on Monday, November 10. The new platform includes additional features that will provide a modernized and intuitive experience to make it easier to track your application’s progress.
To prepare for launch, our current online application will be decommissioned on Saturday, November 8 at 7:45 a.m. ET.
You will no longer be able to access your application or your status page until the new platform launches on Monday, November 10 at 7:45 a.m. ET.
Do you have an open application with the College?
Please note the following information.
Automatic transfer of your previously submitted documents and information
If you submit your application before November 8, all information and documents that you have previously provided will be automatically transferred to the new application platform. No action is required on your part.
If you start an application but do not submit it before November 8, you will need to re-enter your answers for all application questions after the new platform launches. Your previously submitted documents will be automatically transferred. However, you may be required to resubmit time-sensitive documents, such as a criminal record check.
After you submit your application, your Status Page will let you know if you need to resubmit any time-sensitive documents.
Uploading required documents while the application is offline
You can continue to submit documents to the College via the Member & Applicant File Upload Portal, which will remain available while the application is offline.
Any documents you submit between November 8 and November 10 will be processed as usual and will be visible on your new Status Page when ready.
Signing up for a College Registration Number to write the Math Proficiency Test
If you do not have a College Registration Number, you will not be able to sign up for one while our application is offline.
A College Registration Number is required to register for the Math Proficiency Test (MPT). If you intend to register for the current MPT test window and you do not already have a College Registration Number, you must sign up for one before November 8 or after November 10.
The current MPT test window closes on November 22, 2025. You can register on the Education Quality and Accountability Office’s website at mathproficiencytest.ca.
