Rotating strikes announced by Canada Post may impact mail delivery service.

If you’re applying to the College, please:

  • drop off documents in person or have them sent by courier to the College.

If you’re a College member, please:

  • access your profile in the member area and print any of the documents you require, including your Certificate of Qualification and Registration and member card.
  • access your membership card via smartphone from the College’s mobile device app.
  • expect delays in the delivery of College resources.
  • drop off documents in person or have them sent by courier to the College.
  • access ebooks from the Margaret Wilson Library. Please email the library at library@oct.ca if you have books or resources waiting to be returned.
