Members who hold principal's qualifications and have two years of successful experience as a principal or vice-principal are eligible to take this course. It provides professional growth opportunities for practicing principals or vice-principals at both the elementary and secondary school levels.
It allows candidates to explore their roles in greater depth and to reflect upon their experience, knowledge, skills and attitudes in dealing with the complex issues related to educational leadership in the school and school community.
